Fellow shareholder:

You invested money, like me, believing the company was in the right environment to make money, though it never did.  Now, here's a chance to invest just a bit more to get it in business as we originally thought it to be.  If we all invest 5 or 10% of our original investment (suggestion: 500 to $5000.00).  With shares at a current price of .01/ share, we would be in a better position to get our money back and then some.  I am prepared to make an investment, but we need more people involved to make this a viable operation.

Should you have any questions please contact Tad Simmons (a former member of the Global 8 Board of Directors) at 760-390-8350 or Dan Wolf at 619-546-0748 or myself.

Please respond to this email with suggestions and/or comments. I want to see a thriving/ productive/profitable company, how about you?

In the Confidential Agreement the second paragraph talks about "unrestricted", publicly traded GBLE shares.  This is only meant to be those shares that are traded on the public market, from a stock broker.  If these shares are purchased it would cause the stock price to change and it would be cheaper to buy the stock directly from the company where the market makers won't see the activity.

It could have been clearer.
