EPR has agreement with Volt that Volt needs to pay $680k for drilling. Volt didn’t give $680k to EPR. Also Volt doesn’t have $680k. EPR did a raise for working capital only and don’t have money for drilling either.

I noticed that NR at the time and thought it made no sence at all. Volt raised money for operating capital and raised half of what they were looking for. In any event as far as I know Volt did not and does not have the money to pay for their own drilling let alone for someone else. One of the manipulators has quietly slithered away it seems. The one still pumping this with hope doesnt have a clue anyway just like his other pumps like OOR and BOCA.
