I had to move them out of my TFSA and SDRSP when I received a notice from TD too. If I did not move them they would have essentially have become worthless and removed from those accounts. I believe if you contact TD you can move them from your investment account to TFSA. I believe it is considered a contribution in kind. But it does trigger a capital gain as it is
