It is a SUPPLY agreement. Dragonfly sees a growing demand for SUPPLY ahead. The SUPPLY wasn't started.. just the Supply Agreement totals were increased. Thank you for pointing out just how little it takes for a profitable venture in that Plant. I know you wish it to be a case of two companies, Stil and DragonFly to be at fault for not having the plant up and running but that isn't the case.
