Drmaddogg posted that although the health ministry has given the green light there is still a mandatory two week waiting period for the local town hall to issue an operations permit. That would mean the soonest anything can be produced would be March 3rd at the earliest. Learn to read and keep facts straight in that block of wood you call a head and maybe go trolling somewhere else for a change.
