They are an independent research firm specializing in small caps. Their research is a good as you're going to get. I have been a subscriber for years and have  great trust in their recommendations which will include sells.

  Hi all, lurker here for about a year off and on. I started watching this company with regard to the debenture issued. The wife was asking me what was paying more then what the banks had to offer. Thanks the good read. Your assessment is right on but I would add that - GDI has acquired additional machinery increasing its capacity to handle bigger items over the last couple of years - they indeed work within extreme tolerances, something requiring very high skill that cannot easily be off-shored - their client base is international.
