The old pump and dump after releasing any sort of good news (ie. their earnings) a couple days ago. Would have been great to sell out at $.51 on Monday...

Many small cap companies [in my case anyway] pull this shiiit over the small time investors like us while the big guys get their shares dirt cheap and then sell them at a profit making it impossible for our shares to appreciate even though we originally bought them at double the price. Every one of us should get on the phone and keep them busy answering our calls to distract them from planning the

Lol I'd like to average down, but I feel as though this will drift lower given all the inflationary worries right now (hopefully I'm wrong, but I've been right holding off anymore purchases so far). This company's shares are a dumpster fire right now, and management just proved their incompetence with this "deal".

I did call Spencer at customer relations and gave him an earfull. !!! Not sure what this will accomplish but at least he knows not all investors are happy with their past performance and this Bought Deal at.38 and .40 cents.  I have no problem with the aquisition but if they need to dilute us shareholders and depress  the share price further....maybe they should work on making and

I am not happy with the dilution as well, but Paul stated that robust organic growth is occuring so we definitely need the production facilities to meet said growth. Also, it does help reduce production costs with the added synergies, and we also get a totally new customer base in a new region. These are all positives that I hope and believe will more than offset our current stock price demise
