Management Sucks

They keep diluting shareholders and issuing stock to insiders at low prices ($.40), confirmed the conference call today. Let's them get rich, all the while screwing the little guys.

O and they emphasized they're doing this to set themselves up for a strong 2023, so what last year and this years are just write offs!? With all their warrants deals, they're hampering any possibly of a share price rally.

You could of had all you wanted at .40, think about what you print before you send. Selling to some long term investors allows for the acquisition which is good for all....accretive. MHO

You're right, and I added at an even lower price ($.38) when management decided that was the price they were okay with as an over allotment option before they terminated that "deal" and altered it in favour of private investors/ insiders. The reality though if they're okay with settling and accepting such a low price to issue new shares, who's to say they won't do it
