20s! Yay management!

They should really throw themselves a party for how well they've rewarded shareholders...

Mgt has actually done a great job. They can't control the share price and the pu$$ys that are bailing on this stock and every other small cap. These price levels are crazy and this may be one of the most under valued stock out there. So stop whining and just buy more.

Why would I buy more when management has shown no regard for its shareholders. FYI the whole market is down, and much better names of established companies, with institutional backing, positive earnings and cash flow, are on sale too. Everytime I come back to GDNP and consider adding, it's always the same assessment, not worth the risk. Too many retailers own this name, and are bailing... the ...more

Just out of curiousity what in particular are you referring to when you say "management has shown no regard for its shareholders." ?
Comment by tinselfarm on Oct 19, 2022 12:41pm
He's just upset with the share price. We'll aren't we all, but reality is that this stock is massively under valued and management has proven themselves in this tough environment. The problem is that the market doesn't care. When the market starts to care again, this stock will go to new highs very quickly. That's reality, but obviously we don't know if that happens ...more

You're right Tinsel, I am upset, but I think rightfully so. But I do agree one day this will turn around, it just seems like a low is never fully baked in with this name. Share price does seem ridiculously cheap now. Rather than complain, I'm averaging down again, 10,000 more shares are .295. Brought my average cost down by $.14. There might be some more pain in the short term, which I can ...more

But of course it would keep going down...down 11% in one day! On what, updated infationary news from September, which was slightly better than the month before. Am I missing something??

I find that averaging down on stocks that I'm unsure of usually results in magnifying my anxiety. I'll do it on occasion with stocks where I have 99% confidence in management, the business, the balance sheet etc. My average here on my small position is 30 cents and will stay at 30 cents whether it gets cheaper or not.

Good for you, have you been a long term holder, or just bought in recently?? If long term, then you were okay seeing the share price rise and tumble the way it did? Sold out and rebought in?
Comment by nedstar71 on Oct 19, 2022 4:05pm
Just bought back in. Owned it previously in the .90's and .60's but somehow came out slightly ahead on those. That .28 close was not good for normalizing the .20's.
Comment by mydividends on Oct 19, 2022 4:44pm
So when you bought in the $.90., and $.60s, why did you sell then ? Or were they quick flips for you?  And the closing price was definitely worrying...

To be honest they were initially going to be longer term holds but then good old Bruce's market call appearances made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I learned a long time ago never argue with a Bruce BNN pump as they never hold. Got lucky and put my money elsewhere and missed the downward spiral. Todays's action being the highest volume since late August was concerning. Keep in mind ...more

Not to mention that yesterday's volume was dominated by what is likely one shareholder who wanted out. House 88 accounted for 105,500 of the volume - and based on the timing of those sales I believe it was one individual shareholder. Here's yesterday's volume, summarized by selling house: 1 80500 2 57000  ...more

Your volume for GDNP trades yesterday is off, though you are correct that it appears there was one or more large volume motivated sellers (Anonymous and Credential).  See below for the correct volumes by house.  House Positions for C:GDNP from 20221019 to 20221019 House Bought $Val Ave Sold $Val Ave  ...more
