I am expecting the audited annual financials to be flied today, based on what I am being told. They will not be good, of course, but there should be some points of clarification contained that will be of interest. They should include the official status of the properties for instance and it will be interesting to see what the burn rate has been, since there has been very little done that would justify having spent much.

Am hearing rumblings that there are some other things being worked on in the form of possible JV's, asset sales, etc. but I don't believe any light will be shed on that via the financials and I have no detail of consequence as to the status of any of these; we have been hearing about "potential" deals for some time now and nothing has actually materialized.
