RE:RCG I would be ok with a 5 to 1 . 1p to 1 is too much! Someone with a 5 cent share price would need it to go to 50 cents to be back to even. That's a lot of movement forward. Rcg did a 5 to 1 a few years back and it took 2 years for it to go to 32 cents (6 cents per consolidation). 10 to 1 would only favor the current investor that made the deal and not old shareholders. 5 to1 is much more reasonable.
