if Sprott held 34.0M shares or 340,000 shares
if Lewis held 17.4M shares or 174,000 shares
if others held 123.4M shares or 10,000 shares

Consolidation won't change :
1. the percentage ownership of RCG
2. the value of the company
3. portion of equity needed to bootstrap operations
Aside: I won't be surprised if there was a 10:1 consolidation (or even some other number). It won't change the size of anyone's stake. If someone's average cost was 9c and there was a 10:1 consolidation their cost would be 90c under the new structure.
