PERFECT - RCG - PLAN ?

1st NEWS Release -
Announce the restructuring
10:1 consolodation
Provide a complete rundown on = advancing to mine Dufferin

2nd News Release -
Announce linking with - Osprey Gold

Stock runs to $.20 - $25 cents

3rd News Release -
Announce PP @ $.20 cents
Stock now has a foundation + beat the odds of a roll.

Proper Management
Name Brand - Backer with Funds
Reshufle the plan to perfect with inclusion of, Osprey...
And.. this stock would look entirely different.
All dressed up.

How could this stock trade at that level ?
As outlined, Proper Management + Perfect Plan + Added Gold ounces proved up + Osprey added in

How could it compare against Anaconda ? ( lol lol lol )
I feel Anaconda has danced around far too long.
They didn't buckle down, all over map = needs ounces to back their plan.
Their too....wishy, washy...

Atlantic Gold, literaly put... Anaconda to shame.
RCG could do the same as Atlantic - but only if, a proper plan is executed.

If the price is kept at a penny and rcg announces that they have one or two of their properties sold to pay off debt and have one remaining we easily go to 5 cents. That would be 50 at 10 to 1 consolidation which is a long way away. Rcg couldnt break 50 last time they consolidated.

sounds like technical analysis of charts. good luck with that.

Consolidation won't change the ownership of RCG.   Eric S. Sprott owns 19.47% of RCG shares. Gary Leon Lewis owns 10.00% of RCG shares. 70.53% is owns by others     Would it really matter if there were 100:1 consolidation ? if Sprott held 34.0M shares or 340,000 shares if Lewis held 17.4M shares or 174,000 shares if others held 123.4M shares or 10,000 shares  ...more

I get that the value is the same Leftbook, however a lot more difficult to go from 10 cents to then from 1 penny to 5, especially since when a stock is consolidated, the company will do some extra PP's and then have the sam eamoutn of outstanding shares out! Happende to RCG already. went from a penny to 5 ( consolidation) and then they did a 12 cent and 20 cent financing and price went to 30 ...more

Damian, I don't follow your reasoning. Private placements and consolidation are two different unrelated things. === RCG documents the consolidation like this ... June 2016 Annual Report available on SEDAR   On February 26, 2016, the TSX-V approved the Company’s share consolidation on the basis of one post- consolidation common share for every five pre-consolidation common share ...more

Just don't want a 10 to 1. I don't think rcg will ever get to 50 cents ( 5 cents) that way !
Comment by LeftBook on May 22, 2019 2:30pm
if you see a challenge getting to 50c post-consolidation then you should see a challenge getting to 5c pre-consolidation. assuming a 10:1 1)  RCG's book is worth $13M/175M = 7.4c if there is a whiff of production it should go to book 7.4c quickly 2) let's say management decides to change the wall paper. it rebadges the company once again and consolidates 10:1 RCG's book is now ...more

How would it get to 74 cents when it couldnt get to 40 before. Anaconda is at 34 with production! How will rcg beat that?
Comment by LeftBook on May 23, 2019 3:31pm
Damian, Do you mean 40c in late 2016 ? The share count was 122M shares in late 2016. Someone was valuing the company, and their slice of the pie, at : 40c*122M = $48.8M That is half of Dufferin's $89.2M post-tax NPV. Sprott had invested $4M for 20M shares at 20c. The shareholder equity in Dec 2019 was roughly $13M. As for 74c that assumes 10:1 consolidation. If there is a 10:1 consolidation ...more

Leftbook! 40 cents at 10 to 1 would be 4.00. I just do not see that in Rcg's future. I would almost choose any stock over rcg if I had to invest all over again, meaning that at this point I and many others that I know would love to see a company take all of rcg and give is a fair amount of shares in their company for our shares.!

Damian, You have written frequently about share consolidation over the past couple of years. The tone is almost always seems to be negative. There is no other reason given other than share consolidation. I have a question for you. assume a generic company with stable business operations assume only change is a 10:1 change to share structure My question is ... if a shareholder has $10,000 in the ...more

If you are an existing shareholder and your share price is a penny or two then a 10 to 1 doesnt really change things. There were 40 million shares sold at those prices so for those shareholders a consolidation is ni big deal. The new investors that will get 200 or 250 million at 10 cents and then do a 10 to 1 also wouldnt care as they would prefer all the old shareholders to have 10 times less ...more

Leftbook, Never had a good experience or result after a consolidation. We saw RCG go up from 1 penny to 5 with consolidation and then go up to 32 cents ( for a day and about 6 cents pre consolidation). It had dropped back to a penny which means its worth 5 times less than it was when it was originally a penny. History repeats itself! Damian, You attribute the rise of the share prices to consolidation. I attribute the rise of the sharp rise in share prices to investors following Sprott's 20c investment. Prices fell either way. Share price movements are very hard to understand. Perhaps the events of the Indonesian property write offs, the consolidation, the purchase of Corcoran, and Sprott's investment were to close ...more

I would totally be fine with a 7 cent buy out or a merge with Maritime for 3 rcg shares for 1 maritime share or for Kirlkland lake to buy us out or give us shares. I just hope that we don't consolidate!!! I hate consolidatiosn and wish in Canada they didn' t consolidate like they do not in Australia.

Perhaps RCG should adopt two share classes. Class A would be Aussie style and never consolidated. Class B shares could be price at a level that is convenient for trading. There would be no difference between the two classes in economic terms. The ratio between the shares would be fixed for extended periods of time but would change when the B shares were split or consolidated. I am not sure it ...more

Damian - you can't make that statement until you know what the new share structure arrangement will look like and right now you simply do NOT know. You don't even know if RCG will still be a company or if it will be absorbed into another entity or if new controlling interests will be taking over RCG and retaining it as the active entity. Too many options to be able to assess the potential ...more
