RCG is insolvent.
Leigh sooke with Jack and reported that there were 4 bids.
Theranger says one dropped out.
The balance sheet says $31.3M of assets.
Some on the bullboard have expressed an opinion they are only worth 20.5.
It just a bullboard.
The 20.5 guys are not bullish :-)
