George Young's investment

George Young introduced a group who are part of the final 4. They are not a pre-existing public company, so unless they plan to take the company private (I believe they intend to remain public) they would not be purchasing the "assets" they would essentially be investing in the company and acquiring control of RCG.
So invest at what price ?
George's group could
1. run Dufferin (and unlock the tax credits)
2. process the tailings
3. drill more cores
The other juniors in the region are drilling which gives us a ball park price per share for an investment assuming the balance sheets are "kinda" similar.
RCG could do a private placement something like MAE's $6M at 10c
RCG structure is more dilute, so say, 7.5c = 10c*(132M/175M)
Other private placements averaged 14c between June 2016 and June 2018.
Notes:
1) George and the gang might decide for economic or risk reasons to process tailing first or run Dufferin instead of defining the resource.
