The competion is drilling to better define their gold.
The numbers in Atlantic Canada are roughly.
inferred $5/oz
indicated $25/oz
measured $50/oz
ANX aquired Orex with a 50/50 mix of inferred/indicated for $15/oz
( 5 + 25 )/2 = 15
Using the same pricing the 500,000oz mix of inferred and indicated at Tangier and Forest Hill would be worth roughly $4M at $8/oz
If they could move all 500,000oz to indicated it would be worth $12.5M.
And perhaps double that for measured.
That would take cash that RCG does not have.
Drilling is probably better than sitting.
