March 16, 2020 – Eric Sprott announces that on March 15, 2020, 3,944,444 common share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) of Resource Capital Gold (the “Company”) (held by 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation he beneficially owns) expired unexercised representing a decrease in holdings of approximately 2.3% of the outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis. [ 217 Ontario ]
As a result of the Warrant expiry, Mr. Sprott now beneficially owns and controls 26,835,089 common shares representing approximately 15.4% of the outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis.
