Will they just do that with status quo? They have announced a multitude of news over the last year and stayed between 24 and 30 cents. Why does someone have them goign to 90 cents in th enext 12 months? Property acquisition?

ANX 3x price from status quo is plausible I haven't read Curran's analysis.  This an RCG board so I will use Dufferin numbers. ANX goldboro should be similar. RCG could double its share holder equity after the first year of production. $13M share holder equity as of Dec 2018 quarter + $12M  pre-tax earnings in one year = $25M from the PEA  $121.1M pre-tax 10 year project

on further reflection. The final 50% could be defined in business terms rather than just sentiment. On the business side, ANX has been doing a lot of drilling to define their resource. Successful drilling increases the sentiment component as well. 3x could come from 1. gold production 2. defining resource 3. sentiment

Anaconda is trying to buy Dufferin; I am sure of it! They are trying to keep it sgut and show less interest to ensur ethey get a cheaper deal then if they showed they wrere wantign it really bad. Goldbor is not ready to mine for many years for profit; way easier for Anaconda to be making annual profit from a proeprty nearby with a mill and ready for production while exploring Goldboro, building a

You are dreaming.  No way Anaconda is going to buy Dufferin or pay off any debt.  They are focused on Goldboro and if they can pick up cheap ounces they will.  They will not overpay and do not have the cash to pay off the debt and do not have any inclination to load up their balance  sheet with debt to pay off some other failed ventures debt.  The chances are close to nil

Failed venture or bold venture ? Using ANX as an example .. perhaps there is others.   I think ANX could increase the shares outstanding by 50% and merge with RCG. 1 new ANX share for 3 RCG shares.    RCG has substantial tax credits that are good as gold to ANX. Let’s give them a haircut and say they are worth $10M.    RCG’s  balance sheet effectively

Whatever happens will heavily depend on what Gibson and sprott wanted. Why didnt Gibson agree on the deal with anaconda share for share a year ago? Have been told by many that he was deeply in charge at rcg . Does he want sprott lending to take over it and then privatize for cheap?

The reason the ANX merger never got off the ground was RCG wanted a higher price.  So, greed got in the way and here you stand now on the verge of bankruptcy. Gibson obviously felt he had a stronger hand when in reality he was bluffing.  In the meantime, all ANX has done has executed on all aspects of their business plan.  They have knocked the proverbial cover off the ball.

Agreed. It is entirely possible that ANX will not take on more debt for a merger and will focus on Goldboro instead.     I would have expected similar from RCG. I would have expected them to develop Dufferin as opposed to acquiring other assets especially at the early stages.    A merger with ANX may never happen but it remains an attractive model for discussion.
