Personally....

I would moreso desire this scenerio -

Sprott, ( if applicable ) wins the bid.
Takes the 1cent outstanding shares and consolodates a 10:1 -
Share structure is then we'll under 20 mil shares out and stock sits at 10 cents.

It's then a company can offer an investor something of substance.
Substance that allows a company to move a brownfield forward with few shares
and offers an investor something decent that would actually - most likely profit.

If, tge above scenerio happened ?
I'd jump in.
If company sells and or continues with near 200 mil shares out - then forget it.

I have scoured 300-400-500 junior stocks of almost every kind - but mostly good.
I have concluded, there's a very disturbing pattern - a pattern that sees several gold juniors
with in excess of 200 million shares out or more, in, stuck mode - high shares out low
valuations, and a perfect scenerio for financiers or banks to put the screws tighter on the
juniors which essentially - places the junior at the mercy.

Numerous gold juniors should have rolled last fall, but didn't. Now, it's prime time drill season
and several, are without means of cash, and loaded to the Hilton with shares out making them
an easy target to control for banks or financiers - corralling the gold value from investors and
going directly to - junior or funders. Seen some real wicked deals out there, and it's all because of
Juniors not buckling down, dragging out project, loading pockets first, or simply not building the
project out with passion.

Several companies have been bought out,
Several have made deals with the devil, leaving the shareholders on the bench.

Market should have diligently replaced the Juniors that have been bought and gone private.
Makes for slim pickings...next to nil, for investors to choose from.

Many say there's lots of good deals out there ?
Seriously ?
Maybe so for some, but to chance a junior with over 200-300 mil shares out acting under the influence of desperation, not a chance...seen too many roll just to keep their pockets, lined.

Again,
If Sprott scoop this...and polishes it up, with a 10:1....
Yeah, sure...I'd jump in. At least there would be a value wrapped in chance.

It would also be great if ( what ever this company is doing ) they do it fast.
Before another good Sumer passes by.

TRIED, calling the company several times.
Seems they placed a " sub " on the phones.
They Know Nothing, See Nothing, and well...
That's called too long a tie with no real answer.
It's been months, and months.

If Sprott has meat in this...( shares + warrants ) then,
Here's hoping such hooks in - places presidency
over other bidders...

If anyone knows anything at all, or was ( able ) to find out what's going on with RCG,. by
all means, do chime in. ( spill )

Wango~

Wango, Very odd that shares outstanding would have an effect on the operation of the business. Maybe it some sort of cat scratch fever. If investor A owns, say 1%, of the company, it does not matter it is priced in pennies or dimes. If investor B wants 25% of a company he would buy out the 1% positions. It doesn't matter if their shares are priced in pennies or dimes. Ditto if the company ...more
