RATIONAL -

From a stance of, peering into this stock and not in, as yet...
I fully understand where you are coming from.
I too have been through a few consolodation, and I agree, not fun at all.

10:1 consolodation could place RCG on the right track with far less, dilution.

Suppose a 10:1 - occured,
17+mil shares outstanding.
RCG brings forth a, PP @ .10 cents ( $5,000,000.00 )
= 50 million shares
= 67 mil shares out ( outcome )

Suppose a 5:1 - occured,
35+mil shares outstanding
RCG brings for a PP @ 5 cent ( $5,000,000.00 )
= 100 mil shares
= 135+ mil ( outcome )

Hence = far better @ .10 consolodation.
If a junior safe guards themselves, then such h makes it all the more better for
shareholders = to protect the company + assets from = sharks.

BUT....I'd want to see a proper plan of, moving forward.
$5,000,000 spent on moving the 216,000 ounces into reserves
Plus, an additional 184,000 ounces added onto this = 400,000 ounces.
How to capitalize on the $5 million to create maximum value ?
Same holes but drill them deeper.
Seems this East Coast GOLD runs also deep...
So why not lengthen the same thing drills and hope to hit all the more gold.

Such an amount of reserves ( 400k ) is a great buffer to attract investors and at same
time enough to profit the company richly, @ 40,000/yr mined = GOOD PROFITS.
Profits that allow the company to keep drilling the Dufferin and 2 other claims.
Now throw in, Tangier + Forest Hill and you have added = sweet treats...

It could become even greater if...
Well, read, on..

Now...I've given this some thought...
Researchng the area....and well...it would be in RCG's best interest at same time
of restructure to perhaps snag...OPREY GOLD -

Such a move - big move - would light up RCG - like the 4th of, July.
Go big, or go home, is the saying...and it would be a perfect merger or even JV,
securing Osprey before they become too, advanced.
This is how RCG could take thier project from zero to hero...
And...knock Anaconda off their high horse. ( wink )
Not to mention, instantly inject another 500k ounces of gold to thier roster.

Then, RCG could be well on that road just like that other company...
Uhh...you know, the or that just got an offer for, $802 mil.

Just Ideas...

There are 4 bidders left. Maybe one of them is Santa Barbara and will give rcg shareholders shares in Santa Barbara. I'm sure one of the companies will offer to pay off all debt in return for a large amount of shares. Maybe another one could be Bonterra. With 4 bidders left, we still might get a 40 to 50 million offer
