IS IT TRUE THERE IS LEGAL OPPOSITION TO THE  SALE OF THE RCG ASSETS THAT NECESITATES AN EXTENSION OF THE SALE CLOSURE DATE ?????

In my discussions with the company, my understanding is that the extension is related to the required additional time to complete the negotiations with the current short listed suitors and then complete the successful transaction itself.
