tax credits worth $8.5M
For what it is worth the $18.2M of investments at 14c made between June 2016 and June 2017 valued the tax credits at roughly $8.5M.
The book value was 8.5M or 6.9c in June 2017 prior to the bulk sampling
It is reasonable to say that the remaining 7.1c = 14c - 6.9c was for the tax credits
or roughly $8.5M.

The tax credits were worth more in 2018 so maybe 11.7M
11.7M = 8.5M * (20.8/15.1)
$10M has been a reasonable approximation of value.
