Found australian company needing shell
With tax credits. They are shovel ready. I wonder if they make a proposal for 1 million to both unsecured and secured and offer us 5 million for all of our shares or get us to merge with their company for shares in their company, if that would work? 5 million for 25 million tax credits.that would be worth it! Cra would get jack and directors to pay the taxes they ignored.
