re: Moment of Truth This week marks the day when covenants are suppose to be paid and/or whether the LVV payments will get paid or the renegotiations on its price are still on going. Someone is bound to come out with a NR or PR, we will see where the truth lies as these amounts need to be paid and if are not, for example, what actions Steve wll take to readjust the price. Will it come out that he did not do due diligence or that the financial statements of LVV were a little doctered, either way it was Steve's responsibility to carry out due diligence especially when it involves millions of dollars. Then there is the new board of directors which should have been selected by now. This makes you wonder if something loaded is about to fall and it won't be good.
