I know its frustating when something does not work like you had expected especially when you are putting hard earned money into what you believe to be an investment. I came across a story told by James West of Midas Letter titled Green Relief Inc.: Unprecedented Corporate Malfeasance Brought to Life. Reading stories like that make you want to put CEO, that use corporate funds like their own piggy bank which is basically fraud, in jail for several years to teach them a lesson, that you cannot behave like that and get away with it. No matter how you feel about this investment especially if you are heavily invested at least we are not in those shoes right now. But its good we keep our eyes opened because you never know who is behind those investments and what purpose it is serving them.
