re: LVV counterclaims against ICI
re: LVV counterclaims against ICIReading the counterclaim I do not get the impressiom that they have such a claim based on what I read. For example, LVV is claiming that ICI made false representations to induce LVV to enter into an agreement. My question is, who is selling here? I think LVV, so if anyone has an opportunity to deceit is LVV, why? well to sell at the highest price possible. This happens to trigger all the other legal wranglings concerning LVV transaction, what does JUJU have to do with the LVV transaction? LVV is fighting this probably because the financial statements of LVV presented to ICI for the sale were probably doctored or did not live up to a repeat performance or do not deliver above the norm in the industry at the time the transaction took effect. This situation is probably embarrasing for both parties since now the market will be exposed to the soft demand of LVV products and for ICI its Steve that said that he knew all these companies because he used to audit their results on the Midas Letter show. Of course this is embarrasing for Steve to admit because he did not follow due diligence process and probably jump into this transaction with both feet in, too excited at the prospect of showing shareholders that he knows to find profitable MJ companies. However, when the actual results were disclosed he felt cheated but more important he now looks like a CEO that is incompetent and you cannot look incompetent when navitaging a public company. As a CEO your reputation is all that you got and word spreads fast when you screw up. As for the expenses for salary that was voted by the BOD as far I can remember. We must now wait for a decision by a court because the facts and the documentation will come out to support the arguments made by either party. Hopefully a judge will put this situation to rest swiftly and they will get back to work to make this company very successful, something that shareholders want this company to achieve in a hurry.
