Note the following comment by Stuart Nacht - 
"Stuart Nacht, builder for Sage Ranch, said the project will feature free market housing, and not subsidized housing.
Remember talking about the bill of goods the City was sold on Sage Ranch and the reality.
Thisis why Stuart was dumped and the company is involved in another legal dispute.

Look also at the cost increase in the housing in just three years. What was affordable is becoming not affordable when you add in the HOA fees (doubling), the interest rates and a 25% price increase.

"Price point will range between $275,000 and $395,000. Homeowners association fees are estimated at $90 per month."
