Low general and administrative expenses compared to many other TSX companies. 900,000 shares in Green Matters Technologies for consulting services. 

 

Good progress in Sage Ranch. We are starting to see the finish line here. Sage Ranch is the base and has upside in itself versus current share price.  

But things will get really explosive if Montalva is approved. 

Montalva Solar Project
The Company is advised by its legal counsel that solid and positive progress is being made through confidential settlement discussions to advance the 160MWdc/80MWac Montalva Solar project under the proceedings of the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau. Updates will be made available when legally possible.

West Lake - let's wait and see. 

West Lake Energy
Both Greenbriar and West Lake are working on a series of inside the fence solar projects. West Lake is developing its 2023 budget and a decision is forthcoming on West Lake becoming a strategic investor into Greenbriar.

It was certainly impressive for a company like Green Technologies to be paying GRB consulting fees in excess of $1.2M to tell their management they need to sell units and sell them to the ICI and residential sector. Man, oh man. In business for 12 years and it appears they have sold only two units. Is that actually accurate? I should have become a consultant in my retirement. $1.2M WOW I would
