Im sure that if you drilled into it that if CEO Jeff could have sold the development for $79 million he definitely would have. Id guess theres a zero percent chance that this development will ever generate that amount, despite what economic studies will say. You have to think about the comment that was loosely said as we could go after the Puerto Rican Gov for the $9 USD ($13 cad) per share
