Isn't that when we had a take out BID for Sage? You with think we would have a least moved up close to that figure in share value concerning we are close to a start?

Greenbriar to Sell Sage Ranch for CDN $181 Million or CDN $4.82 per Share Fully Diluted (tmx.com) Are you referring to this? I am reading it correctly, Sage did not receive an offer be acquired for $4.82 per shares, instead I believe the project was put up for sale which would bring proceeds in, "IF" institutional investors were to buy it at their price. Im sure that if you drilled into it that if CEO Jeff could have sold the development for $79 million he definitely would have. Id guess theres a zero percent chance that this development will ever generate that amount, despite what economic studies will say. You have to think about the comment that was loosely said as we could go after the Puerto Rican Gov for the $9 USD ($13 cad) per share ...more
