Watch the shares ….
Hardly any shares trading hands.
News tends to leak out as Jeff is not one to hold back information to his friends. If there was bad news on the projects not going forward, shares would be flooding on the market as those in-the-know will bail out. This being said, when news of us going forward finally happens, shares will be snapped up before the common shareholder's get the news.
Right now it looks undecided, which means hold and wait!

Nonsense. If anyone with more than a few thousand shares wanted out, the share price would evaporate. So your conclusion is based on flawed reasoning.

That's my point, Most shares held by insiders and friends ..... they are currently holding ...... not much buying or selling happening. On a personal note, if you have no shares, nor interest in picking up shares, please do us all a favour and move on!

Is it not correct that once the ok for taking deposits and slips are done , the property becomes deeded to the financial institution and property alone worth 100 million dollars! That alone without the other BS stuff going on makes for a good increase in stock price from here! Head bottlewasher l believe once said once the property is Tittled the monies are forward to company .

So you are saying that somehow $100 million is going to magically appear out of thin air and land in GRB's bank account?

You are devoid of the ability to comprehend. You think because insiders aren't selling, that is great news. But how could they sell when there are no buyers? Duh?

What's wrong with posting facts ? Where were Tyler and shneps when I did my dd but couldn't see pass the board' s fog and bull. If I lost the same amount today I'd keep my place if they let us mortgage to 50 years. but why bother, Id probably end up divorced.

Do a Google on Voya and financing mandate and see how many companies out there do news releases on getting Voya financing mandates. Guess.
