Simple. Some people that come to this board may be new to the stock, and wouldn't have read all of the previous posts. The simple fact that GRB claimed that Sage Ranch construction would start in April, and that the Water District court battle would have no effect on that timeline, which it obvious has, is an important point for everyone to be aware of.  Just because you don't like
