Negative interest rates and keep "Hoping and wishing" for better more robust times with steady inflation....therefore sucking the finanical life out of the saving consumer ! Especially affected, would be the baby boomers without gold plated government pensions. A those pensions too, are drying up.
It is a fool that thinks you can cut down a tree and turn it into printed currency with any value on it you deem worthy. FIAT ( and so it shall be )
