RE:ANNUAL REPORTI have a feeling another cheap financing is coming.  With only $1.9m as of September 30, 2017.  I'm sure by now all that is gone.  This amount barely covers their Salary of $1,000,000 + and  unwarranted bonuses of $300,000 +.
