GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (GeoGlobal) (NYSE MKT:GGR) (NYSE Amex:GGR) today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at 3:00 pm MT will now be held at the offices of GeoGlobal located in downtown Calgary at Suite 200, 625 - 4th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.

Following the business portion of the meeting, Mr. Paul Miller, President and CEO of GeoGlobal will make a presentation covering recent operational progress.
