GTEC getting serious cash to take them much higher GTEC making moves getting cashed up with the revision to the previously announced agreement with Desjardins Capital Markets and Eight Capital for a bought deal short form prospectus offering of 25M units for $20M.
Gross proceeds from bought deal announced today will go to
- repay indebtedness
- expansion of the Company’s operating capacity
- international expansion opportunities
Huge for GTEC.v dipping back below $1 today but looking great long. I’m looking for a good place to add more here as their e-commerce cannabis website gets going and they recently signed export deal with Israel.
