RE: Geologix to Carry Out $2 Million Private Place A private placement near a multi-year low. Where was this PP 4 months ago when the price was 50%-100% higher? Management knew they would eventually need cash; to dilute shareholders at such a low price is poor planning, IMO. Terrible timing.
First time I've been disappointed in management. but now I know why they haven't been buying on the way down from .40...
