It's the the dilemma we share holders face now..... Do we take advantage of these seemingly fire sale prices and average down or wait for even cheaper share prices before making the move. 

These markets are not showing signs of turning the corner anytime soon and lack of positive news.... even though good news seems to be wasted in conditions like these...... Is having a negative impact on share price.
