RE: Is this drop a precursor to bad news coming?

RE: Is this drop a precursor to bad news coming?

We're at .09! How much further could we actually drop??? The fall from .22 to .09 was way worse than any additional drop that's heading out way.  (he said, disgustingly).

I e-mailed Dunham and specifically asked him if he planned on buying at these low levels. He said he would if he could but as an insider he is currently prohibited from doing so. Not sure what is exactly prohibiting him and ither insiders from buying, so material news must be coming soon. He also reminded me that he has over 1.5 million shares (and $650,000 invested, which comes out to an average of about .43/share, not taking into account warrrants and options held). He also mentioned that several other insiders have even larger holdings, bought at prices higher than this, and that he was comfortable with his holdings going forward. Really, what else is he going to tell me at this point? I appreciated the quickness of his response, though it's cold comfort considering the current share price

We have a low grade deposit, albeit a well proven one. We need to raise money to build a mine and the price for our metals (gold, silver and copper) have cratered since the PFS was released. Really, this likely bounces around .10 until metal prices improve, if and when. It's now such a small percentage of my portfolio that I'm treating it as lost money until it is ever found again. History suggests it will be but I'm now emotionally wrapping my head around the fact that it may take years for me to reach break even again.

Best,

El Joro
