Anyone else read this?I missed this: On May 6th Dunham added a note to shareholders to the March 31st/14 MD&A. It mostly talks about the benefits of the recent completion of Tepal's permitting. But near the end, on one sentence, it confirms that "The Company will require a future financing this year to advance the project". Confirms my suspicions re: need for another financing and this could be the reason for the continued short term weakness in the stock since early May. Thoughts? Here's the full link.
