Anyone else read this?

I missed this: On May 6th Dunham added a note to shareholders to the March 31st/14 MD&A. It mostly talks about the benefits of the recent completion of Tepal's permitting. But near the end, on one sentence, it confirms that "The Company will require a future financing this year to advance the project". Confirms my suspicions re: need for another financing and this could be the reason for the continued short term weakness in the stock since early May. Thoughts? Here's the full link. If Geologix would do a financing based on new shares at the current share price it would be the aquivalence of accepting 30% interest rate to finance mine production. I think your quote means what is obvious: Geologix has less than 1 million cash left, the project requires at least 300 million to advance it towards production. What other "advances" are possible? Advaning to feasability ...more

I don't see a problem here. Dunham did exactly what I wrote would be the best to do. Now he seeks for non-dilutive financing - as he confirmed with latest news. If he will find such a financing with an effective interest of about 10% p.a it would leave a value per share of nearly $2 for existing shareholders. If the interest will be 20% it would be $1, with 30% it would be $0. This is the ...more

i lost all my money with this on a couple of years ago, now i am back in it since over a year based on PG recomending it . But I am in your camp I beleive they will survive this and prosper. my cost is 18.5¢ averaged down a few times, but some today at 5.5¢ GLT all longs
