RE:RE:Anyone else read this?I don't see a problem here. Dunham did exactly what I wrote would be the best to do.
Now he seeks for non-dilutive financing - as he confirmed with latest news. If he will find such a financing with an effective interest of about 10% p.a it would leave a value per share of nearly $2 for existing shareholders. If the interest will be 20% it would be $1, with 30% it would be $0.
This is the whole point why itz makes sense to not accept the 30% and wait for the 10%.
