When will the company announce the terms of the recently announced plans to do a PP ....Any one have info ?

Could it be that they are having difficulty finding suitors....Grandich claimed he would step up.

  Answer from IR. Received yesterday.   There are no problems. In fact, the $$2.0M offer will likely be oversubscribed due to strong interest and demand. Given the uncertainty of recent capital markets, we’re pleased to have had the type of response we’ve had from subscribers. We are in the final stages of closing the financing.
