Something that bothers me...
...is the complete lack of insider buying on the open market in GIX. I asked IR about this 6 months ago and was told that management does buy, but from my perspective it seems in the last two years they only buy when there are warrants attached (ie. the August financing at .20 with the .30 warrants attached for participants).
Not one insider has been buying up shares the last few months as we trade at/near multi-year lows. I keep looking at adding to my position, averaging down, but if management isn't doing it, why should I?
Am I also the only one who thinks that management compensation is egregiously high relative to stock performance the last few years?
This has been the one true dog in my portfolio, tow years running. My fault for not cashing out at least half my position in Feb at .40
