Time to buy this one
Given the substantially improved recovery factors outlined a few weeks ago and the upcoming PFS, I would hazard a bet that this name moves higher. At 0.16, you are essentially paying for a small fraction of the reserve. Market is pricing in a non-economic outcome. If CAPEX comes in even slightly on a positive note (lower than the $500mm estimates) this stock has material upside potential. Beyond that, there are some financing hurdles, but at the very least a raise will be done with much greater confidence at a reasonable valuation.
