Grandich interview with Dunham Craig

https://www.grandich.com/2013/04/grandich-client-geologix-explorations-21/

As always, Dunham comes off as informed and confident.

I'd like to see more insider buying at these levels. I won't buy more until management does.

Cheers,

El Joro

Thanks for the post.  I listened to the confrence call after the last news release.  I got the same impression about Dunham.  He wants to build a mine!  They also have a couple of very creative board members who can take on the challenges of rasing capital (even in this market)..... this is what they do....and they won't do anything stupid. Permitting will be the next ...more

Post tax at a 0% discount, the NPV would be $925 million, providing an IRR of 36%" So, at 0% discount we're at  ...more

i don't understand the SP ... even at lower metal-prices this mine will be very profitable ..below 200$ cash costs for GoldEQ or 0.6$ per pound copperEQ   .. this is a low cost mine and only because its low grade this big discount? Capex is very low too...  i think the market is wrong here!
Comment by macman20 on Apr 05, 2013 11:39am
Nobody believes Capex, and the uncertainty of how the money will be obtained.
