Thieves ? Maybe a payment system for a company with no income cash flow from an ongoing business . A retailer could get them cheaper today . Got some at .06 yesterday .. Looking for better days ahead ...

Rambler...I'm actually trying to get that very answer: Are these options being issued in lieu of salary as a means to preserve cash? If yes, I have no real problem. Have asked Dunham this but have not yet received an answer via email.

I think the usage of options with a strike price being 10% or 20% above share price indicates their confidence that the share price will sonner rather than later raise significantly above $0.06. There is no debt, so nobody can force anything. As soon as investors get the confidence that Gold will sustain above $1400 and copper above $340/lb we finally get the non-dilutive financing with effective ...more
