I think the usage of options with a strike price being 10% or 20% above share price indicates their confidence that the share price will sonner rather than later raise significantly above $0.06. There is no debt, so nobody can force anything. As soon as investors get the confidence that Gold will sustain above $1400 and copper above $340/lb we finally get the non-dilutive financing with effective interest rates between 15...20% p.a.. Such a reasonable interest rate would leave a value of about $1 per share for current investors, the only downside is that it could take 6 months or even 12 months from now.
