MD & A filed ...
Just looked at the MD & A that was filed.
Same old story -- just hanging on trying to conserve resources while waiting/chasing that elusive financing.
I did note their "Possible financing plans for 2014 include:
- Strategic Partnership
- Sale of equity captial through the issuance of shares, warrants and other securities
- Sale of royalty or metal streaming assignment
- Merger with, or acquisition by, a well finaced mining company
This week of course they also announced that they amended the warrants & reduced the exercise price from $.30 to $.15 and the CEO stated that "Our shareholders have shown great patience during this time. The amendment of these warrants serves as an acknowledgement of these shareholders' understanding".
Not holding my breath on anything happening anytime soon. Perhaps 2015?
