Is everyone pleased?

I am always amused to see the word "pleased" when juniors issue a press release.  In this case Geologix is "pleased" that the Venture Exchange will allow them to be listed in light of ther low current share price and lack of exploration for the entire year of 2015.  I wonder if long term shareholders are also "pleased"?   See today' press release excerpt:

is pleased to announce its common shares have been conditionally approved for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Geologix has applied to the Toronto Stock Exchange for a voluntary delisting of its common shares since, as a result of the Company's current share price and lack of exploration activity in 2015, it no longer meets the TSX's continued listing requirements.

I went onto their website and it looks like there has been "no activity" there as well since 2014 (except for the News listing).

It should be interesting if shareholders will continue to elect the same management this coming AGM (June?).  If they do, management will surely be "pleased" once again.
