I read the NR when it came out but I did voice my concern at the time as to how it was worded. Future or past tense. Deep dive reworded that NR when they posted it to indicate it was future tense. ie

FWIW, the 320K at .85 is no longer there, only 20K sits at .85 now. It won't take much buying interest (say with a news release) to move this higher. .85 is about a 12X current EPS multiple.
